i'm laura. i live in greenpoint, brooklyn. i am known for my dirty mouth, an excess of eyeliner, and a propensity to do childish things like throw sticks of butter off my terrace.

i have accidentally become something of a dilettante of all fields. i'm really supposed to be a writer--and usually my website just has writing on it--but over the past year or so, i've been painting and recording music a lot, so that's here too.

here are three facts about me:
1) my birthday is mathematically neat. three squared, three cubed, three to the fourth power. 2) by day, i have a very counterintuitive job. 3) my shower curtain has facially emotive teeth all over it.
