for awhile, i had taken him off, but i decided to put him back on because we are on terms that deem it appropriate again. seeing as though we talk. ye.p
25 facts about joe:
1. he is, as explained previously, my ex boyfriend
2. joe is extremely adept at tolerating my many demands and mood swings
3. the first time we said 'i love you' was during a fight
4. the first time we ever spoke was when i was in tenth grade and he was in eleventh grade, and we both worked at the school newspaper. he called me in order to ask me to do an article interviewing student bands, and we ended up talking for three hours
5. but nope! that is not when we started going out. we were friends for 4 years first.
6. well... actually, we almost got together in tenth grade. but i won't get into that here.
7. we did get together, though, in july 01.
8. ...which was bad timing, since at the end of the summer, we both had to go back to our respective colleges, nyu and usc.
9. we were officially 'together' for one year, two weeks, and one day.
10. joe cuts his own hair
11. once upon a time, two or three years ago, he had an accidental mullet
12. he likes to do karaoke, too, but cringes when i sing madonna
13. i got him a shirt that says "mine." on it. because i used to grab him and say "mine" and i wanted everyone to still know that he was mine, even if i wasn't there.
14. he wears 'cool sunglasses.' a lot. at night. inside. meep.
15. he can tell you a great deal about lester bangs. and chuck berry.
16. we broke up because we couldn't stop bickering with each other. after we broke up, we stopped bickering. no more bickering. nope.
17. we both claim to hate movies, but we watch them all the time.
18. he plays in lots of bands and has cd's of his music for sale.
19. his rumor page has been mysteriously raped by an unknown assailant. and some known ones.
20. he likes these foods: spaghetti, bread, pizza, root beer, lemonade, indian food, donuts (especially entemanns).
21. he is vegetarian.
22. i hate his dog
23. he wrote a song about me! and it's bassy and has a lot of white space.
24. we both used to love epcot best of all the disney parks when we were kids, but a trip in summer 01 made us realize that it wasn't all we thought it was.
25. he visited me twice in new york last year. and i visited him twice in LA.
